Public Notice: The CMLA application fee supports website maintenance, upgrades, hosting, and general operational costs, and has not changed since 2008. Costs for these services continue to rise, necessitating a phased fee increase over the next 2 years. The current $750 USD application fee will be increased to $975 USD on January 1, 2024, followed by an increase to $1200 USD on January 1, 2025. This fee increase schedule has been approved by the CMLA Board of Directors in order to continue to provide accreditation services to the clinical motion analysis community.
If you are planning to submit a new or continuing CMLA application review in 2024 or 2025, consider paying your application fee before January 1, 2024 to take advantage of the current $750 USD fee schedule. You do not need to upload your application at the time of your fee payment; it will be considered a prepayment and will be applied once your application is submitted. If you do not prepay your application fee at the current rate, the application fee in effect at the time of your submission will be required. If you prepay your application fee but later decide to not seek accreditation, the application fee will be fully refunded if requested in writing by a representative of your organization.
After uploading your application materials and mailing your application fee, please complete the following to formally request review of your application:

It is important to remember that the application review will not begin until all of the application materials are uploaded, the application fee has been received, and you have formally requested an application review through this website.
For more information on the mechanism for submitting the application, expected time for completion of the review, and policies governing the review process, please browse the FAQ tab, the Policies tab, or review the posts in the General Discussion Forum.
